For more than ten years, PEP ENGINEERING, design and engineering firm, has been committed to provide innovative and sustainable solutions in Tunisia and in the countries of sub-Saharan Africa to improve the living conditions of populations and contribute to the preservation of the environment in our respective countries. We have built solid and fruitful partnerships and we have committed to maintaining relationships based on trust and mutual respect with each of our partners.
As an organization, we consider that our differences are a richness and that they are a source of inspiration, creativity and innovation for all communities. The collaboration between people of different origins is essential to achieve a harmonious future and sustainable, which is why we are deploying a policy focused on inclusion and the enhancement of difference for all members of our team regardless of their race, religion, origin, gender, or age.
We have had the privilege of mentoring and working alongside many talented sub-Saharan Africans, and we will continue to welcome them warmly into our company, while offering them opportunities for development and professional growth as well as an environment of inclusive work where everyone feels fulfilled, valued and respected.
The recent events that have affected our sub-Saharan brothers and sisters in Tunisia have deeply saddened and concerned. As a responsible economic actor, we strongly condemn any act of racial discrimination or violence against the sub-Saharan African community, and we reaffirm our commitment to the integrity human and equal opportunity.
We urge governments, international organizations, economic actors and civil society to act in concert to eradicate these heinous acts of injustice against sub-Saharan Africans. It is imperative that we work together and unite our efforts to put in place concrete policies and actions that promote better understanding and greater solidarity between all the communities of the African continent.
For our part, we will continue our efforts to make PEP ENGINEERING an example of excellence in the field of engineering, but also an example of the values, we will maintain our collaboration with our African partners, and we will also continue to recruit talented and motivated professionals from across Africa and to assign some of our staff across the continent to contribute to the sustainable development of our respective countries, by to collectively build a prosperous future for our continent.
