This project brings together two distinct operations under a single full Project Management mission, both located in Mpila, Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. They aim to strengthen institutional capacities in statistics, demography and national planning.
Operation 1 — Extension of the CNFDSP (National Training Centre in Statistics, Demography and Planning):
🏫 Objectives:
• Increase the CNFDSP’s training and accommodation capacity to meet the growing demand for statistician and demographer training in Central Africa;
• Modernise and expand existing educational infrastructure.
Operation 2 — Construction of the INS Conference Centre (National Institute of Statistics):
🏛️ Objectives:
• Provide the INS with a modern conference centre for the organisation of national and regional seminars, workshops and statistical results dissemination events;
• Strengthen the INS’s institutional profile at the national and sub-regional level.
PMC Services (common to both operations):
• Preliminary studies, Schematic and Detailed Design, execution documents;
• Assistance with works tender process (tender documents, bid analysis);
• Works Execution Management (WEM) and scheduling, coordination (OPC);
• Assistance during works reception (AOR);
• BIM integration and coordination across all trades.
