This service contract — Lot 2 — is part of a 4-year framework contract awarded to a single service provider. It covers the design, adaptation of plans and finalisation of preliminary studies for general, specific or complex works not covered by the standardised typologies of Lot 1.
Scope of services — Lot 2:
🏗️ Preliminary Studies & Feasibility:
• Analysis of functional, programmatic and technical requirements for each operation;
• Technical, regulatory and financial feasibility studies;
• Site constraints diagnosis (topography, geotechnics, environment, existing networks);
• Elaboration of detailed architectural and technical programmes.
📐 Design & Plan Adaptation:
• Schematic and Detailed Design (SD/DD) for each general work;
• Bespoke architectural design integrating the client’s specific requirements;
• Technical drawings: structure, MEP (plumbing, HVAC), electrical, civil works;
• Adaptation and optimisation of plans based on client feedback and approvals.
📝 Study Finalisation & Deliverables:
• Drafting of explanatory, descriptive and justification reports;
• Preliminary cost estimates and construction schedules;
• Tender Documents (DCE): technical specifications, drawings, BOQ, unit price schedule;
• BIM integration and interdisciplinary coordination.
